Been a regular customer for over a year now. All 3 barbers in the shop know how to cut hair, and cut hair VERY well. A lot of talent. But the customer service is what stands out to me. Every single customer that walks in to the shop gets greeted, no questions asked. They’re extremely professional and create a positive environment every time I’m in there. Carlos is the man. Not only does he consistently cut my hair great, he’s just an understanding guy who wants to accommodate what you WANT. Delivering excellence at all times.

I moved from Connecticut to Jersey and had the hardest time finding a good barber around my area. I went to 4 different barbers and just wasn't satisfied. Then I ran into these guys one day when I was going out to eat. Decided to walk in and give it a shot. This was one of the best decisions I've made. Immediately felt right at home with Roberto,Carlos,Alex. I really can't express how great it is to go somewhere you where you don't have to worry about how your cut will come out. Roberto does an amazing job every time. Very professional and great to talk to. I'm just glad I found Roberto and the LX Factory Barbers. Roberto has me leaving the shop feeling confident and looking sharp. These guys are truly masters at what they do. Highly recommended.
